Yayasan Al Khalifah

Yayasan Al-Khalifah, established in 2006, is a Malaysian-based non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

The name Al-Khalifah has a range of meaning and usages. We choose the name Al-Khalifah for it is the role given to the first man by his Creator. He was created to become Al-Khalifah, a successor in the custodianship of earth and its inhabitants.

Our Mission

Focusing on high impact social responsibility programs including socio-economic empowerment
programs, education aid, humanitarian aid, the establishment and administration of orphanages
and of places of worships, and inter-faith and outreach programs

Executing Partner

Orphan-care

Providing orphanages that are conducive for the physical, emotional,
intellectual and spiritual development of the orphans

Providing skills training for those not academically inclined so that they can have an independent livelihood and be an integral part of nation building.

Providing the best academic and religious education to prepare them to become a highly productive and successful citizen that contribute back to their communities and nation.

Since 2006, we have been involved with at least
9 orphanages and helped the orphans

We have provided funding and volunteers to deliver material aid, education aid, and socio-economic empowerment programs targeting the poor, single mothers, homeless families, Rohingya refugees

We support the Asnaf (those eligible to receive zakat under Islamic law)

We fund programs and provide volunteers to feed the Poor,
irrespective of race, nationality or religion

We support the empowerment of those in need
through education and skills training

We support Outreach programs that bring humanitarian aid, education aid and participating in infrastructure building projects for the benefit of the poor communities
